587 charsIn lieu of constructing the required affordable housing units, an applicant may elect to make a payment equal to three percent (3%) of the total construction value of all building permits for the development, including trade permits. Applicants electing this option shall submit a detailed construction cost budget as part of the Inclusionary Zoning Determination mentioned above in Section 2 of this Article. Payments pursuant to this Article shall be made, in full prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, to the City’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Section 6 – Incentives
