631 charsORDERED that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof granting those branches of the motion of the defendants Bristol House, Inc., Garthchester Realty, Ltd., and RMR Residential Realty, LLC, which were to dismiss as time-barred so much of the causes of action alleging breach of contract and breach of the implied warranty of habitability insofar as asserted against the defendant Bristol House, Inc., as accrued after April 15, 2010, and substituting therefor provisions denying those branches of the motion; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs to the plaintiff.
