responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Act and rules under the supervision of a Housing
Code Official:
1. In accordance with the standards, procedures and guidelines, performs inspections and
reinspections of hotels and multiple dwellings, as defined under the Act;
2. Serves subpoenas and other legal process notices;
3. Testifies in court as necessary;
