341 charsLANDLORD. The individual who holds title to any housing accommodation in any manner, including, without limitation, a partnership, corporation or trust. For purposes of this Section, the rights and duties of the LANDLORD hereunder shall be the obligation of anyone who manages, controls or customarily accepts rent on behalf of the LANDLORD.
