338 charsApplicability of D.C. Law 24-115 : § 7 of D.C. Law 24-115 provided that the creation of subsection (a)(10), (f)(4), and (h) of this section by § 3(b) of D.C. Law 24-115 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented. Emergency Legislation
