374 chars(2) For purposes of the filing of petitions for adjustments in the rent charged as prescribed in § 42-3502.16 , the housing accommodation and each of the rental units in the housing accommodation shall have been inspected at the request of each housing provider by the Department of Buildings within the 30 days immediately preceding the filing of a petition for adjustment.
