803 chars(1) Any rental unit in any federally or District-owned housing accommodation or in any housing accommodation with respect to which the mortgage or rent is federally or District-subsidized except units subsidized under subchapter III of this chapter , or any unit rented by a home and community-based services waiver provider and occupied by a tenant with a disability without regard to income but otherwise as defined in §42-3502.05(f)(2)(A) , or any rental unit for which the housing provider receives tax credits pursuant to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program, as defined in § 42-2853.01(5) ; or co-leased by a home and community-based services waiver provider and occupied by a tenant with a disability without regard to income but otherwise as defined in § 42-3502.06(f)(2)(A) [(f) repealed];
