307 chars(3) “Base calculation year” means the calendar year immediately preceding the first calendar year in which a given housing accommodation is made subject to §§ 42-3502.05(f) through 42-3502.19 , or any future District law limiting the amount of rent which can lawfully be demanded or received from a tenant.
