381 charsu. In the event of a breach by a manufactured home park owner or operator of any of the requirements of this section, the manufactured home tenant may commence an action for damages actually incurred as a result of such breach, or in an action or summary proceeding commenced by such manufactured home park owner or operator, may counterclaim for damages occasioned by such breach.
