(a) A manufactured home tenant renting space or a manufactured home in a manufactured home park with four or more manufactured homes pursuant to an existing lease shall have a right to sublease his premises subject to the written consent of the park owner in advance of the subletting. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
