330 charsj. The owner or operator of a manufactured home park may enter a manufactured home owner's manufactured home without the prior consent of the occupant only in case of emergency. The owner or operator of a manufactured home park may enter a manufactured home tenant's manufactured home during reasonable hours on reasonable notice.
