The public shall have access to applications, inspection reports, and third party
reports, in accordance with and subject to the city and State freedom of information
acts. The name and identifying characteristics of someone submitting a complaint pursuant
to this code may be withheld from the public where, in the opinion of the corporation
counsel, disclosure of the name or identifying characteristics of the person may result
in retaliation by the owner or other harm to person or liberty, as may be the case
where the complainant is a victim of domestic violence or an undocumented individual. (Ord. No. 15-19 , 10-28-19)
