574 charsfor the periods of June 1, 2002, through August 31, 2002, and June 1, 2003, through August 31, 2003. The trial court also awarded Father $15,000 in attorney’s fees and $2500 in litigation expenses. The court specifically acknowledged that it lacked jurisdiction over the children and, therefore, could not modify the custody and visitation orders in the dissolution judgment. Additionally, the trial court found that Mother’s motion to suspend Father’s visitation was filed in retaliation for Father’s motion for contempt and was, therefore, frivolous. This appeal followed.
