520 charsNot long after Partners moved into the building, the parties began to dispute which area of the building Partners were allowed to use for storage space. Partners had moved their belongings into unoccupied units on the second and third floor, and River Landing wished for Partners to move their belongings out of the second floor unit so that it could be renovated for an additional tenant. Eventually, River Landing unilaterally removed Partners’ belongings from the second floor unit and placed them on the third floor.
