584 charsWithin twenty (20) days of receipt of a complete application and of the license fee required by section 17-74 , the City shall send the owner a notice containing a temporary license number confirming receipt of the completed application and advising the Owner of the next available inspection date. This notice shall be conclusive evidence that the landlord is in compliance with this article until the City completes such inspection and issues the license pursuant to subsection 17-77 (h); or the City issues a notice of violation under any other subsection of this article.
