363 charsFor its second point Schnucks contends that the trial court erred in denying its request for attorney’s fees and prejudgment interest. The trial court found that Schnucks “did not prove the reasonable value of the legal services or its entitlement to recover an attorney fee from [Bridgeton].” This finding is not supported by the evidence and misapplies the law.
