362 charsRegardless of when execution was requested, on July 25, tenant paid the judgment and also paid the July rent. Also, he specifically reserved his right to a trial de novo on his wrongful eviction claim. Tenant sent a copy of the court’s memorandum concerning these actions to landlords’ attorney on July 25. Thereafter, on August 1, tenant paid that month’s rent.
