Thus, we hold that Sourakli has been a month-to-month tenant since August 12, 2023,
and that the rent obligation since that date is the one set forth in the addendum of “125% of the
highest monthly rental rate stipulated on page 1 of this lease.” Page 1 of the lease lists the rental
rate as $1419, 125% of which is $1773.75. Conclusion Therefore, the judgment is reversed.° Cristian M. Stevens, J. and
