          Respondents urge this Court to dismiss this appeal due to Appellants' various Rule 84.04
violations. Violations of Rule 84.04 constitute sufficient grounds for dismissal; however, "we
have the discretion to review non-compliant briefs ex gratia where the argument is readily
understandable." Brown v. Brown, 530 S.W.3d 35, 40-41 (Mo. App. E.D. 2017). Thus, we
exercise our discretion to review this case on the merits.
