The evident purpose of this notice provision was to inform the lessee of the lessor’s plan in time to permit the lessee an opportunity to prepare to move. Any communication clearly informing Camalier of the action demanded would suffice, then, after a minimum period of sixty days for preparation and compliance was afforded. 29
