404 charsThe Kentucky Tax Commission, Department of Revenue, and various officers of Jefferson County, the City of Louisville, and the school boards of Louisville and Jefferson County appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court invalidating a state and county ad valorem tax assessment for the year 1961 against a leasehold owned by Jefferson Motél, Inc.
