It is undisputed that the combine had defects, particularly in the engine. Crabtree and Allis-Chalmers undertook repairs, which did not always prevent the same or similar defects such as water leaks from recurring. As a result, in January of 1988, the engine of the combine was completely rebuilt by Allis-Chalmers. After these repairs were completed, the appellant refused to pick up the combine.
