The Petitioner filed a Summary Proceeding for a holdover tenancy seeking an order awarding possession of the apartment located on Oregon Road, Cortlandt, New York (hereinafter "subject premises") back to petitioner and a warrant of eviction to remove respondents from the subject premises. This petition was filed with the Court on January 1, 2026, and was returnable on January 12, 2026.
