Respondent's counterclaim for a court order to enforce housing standards is granted to the
extend that the trial court will resolve what conditions petitioner must repair and all other issues
relating to a possible abatement for any supposed violation of the warranty of habitability. This
proceeding is adjourned for trial on those issues to January 6, 2010.
