Respondent to dismiss the instant action is denied and it is further ordered that the Petitioner is
granted a judgment of possession, a warrant of eviction and a judgment in the amount of nine
thousand nine hundred ($9,900.00) dollars.

This constitutes the decision and order of the Court.
