390 charsWe conclude that the district court erred in limiting application of Minn.Stat. § 327C.11, subd. 2 to defaults relating to the nonpayment of rent. The statute does not so provide. By accepting payment of rent on May 3, 1996, after the notice to vacate expired, respondent waived the notice. Therefore, the district court erred by issuing the writ of restitution based on the expired notice.
