(6) The recreational shelter is located entirely on
residential property and is used solely by residents of
that residential property or guests of those residents;
(7) The recreational shelter, or space for the recreational
shelter, is not rented or let;
(8) The recreational shelter is not occupied as living
quarters anywhere within the City of Portland for more
than 30 days in any one-year period; and
(9) No more than one occupied recreational shelter may be
located on a single parcel or lot at a time.
