418 charsThe uncontested evidence shows that the parties had a working tenancy for over ten years, and that each side was sufficiently satisfied with the relationship for it to continue. The question is what type of tenancy. The answer is a common law tenancy at will. Toussaint v. Stone¸ 116 Vt. 425, 428 (1951) (“The agreement being oral, it created a tenancy at will . . . .”).
