Tenant did not argue at the trial court or in the present appeal that landlord violated the terms of her lease by failing to provide "written notice of the reason for an intended eviction" as required in the lease. This Court will not address an issue on appeal that the parties did not raise below, nor will we search the record for error. Bull v.
