As it happened in this case, the execution of the writ of possession occurred fifteen days after the writ was served. As a result, the landlord’s possession coincided with the right to dispose of the personal property. Apparently, this result was unplanned because the landlord was at the time unaware of the enactment of 12 V.S.A. § 4854a. 3
