Plaintiff quibbles over the use of the term "unreasonably dangerous," arguing that the landlord has a duty to remedy all dangerous conditions. Any staircase, no matter how well designed, has inherent dangers, however, and a landlord is liable *75 only for those that are unreasonably dangerous, as that term was defined in the court's charge.
