All required plumbing fixtures shall be connected to an approved water and sewage system. Every required fixture shall be connected to both hot and cold water or cold water lines. Supply lines, plumbing fixtures, vents and drains shall be connected and maintained in good working order and kept free from obstructions, leaks and defects. A minimum flow of no less than three (3) gallons per minute shall be maintained at the most distant fixture from the meter or point of entry into the building and at all other required fixtures. This flow rate shall be achieved on a sustained basis. (Ord. of 8-4-86) 18-80 Plumbing standards for roominghouses.
