430 charsThe court has reviewed the written arguments and the record submitted on appeal, and has determined to resolve the case by way of this order. See Sup. Ct. R. 20(2). The defendant, 274 Amherst Street LLC, appeals a small claim judgment of $1,661.78 plus interest and costs issued by the Circuit Court (Chabot, J.), following an evidentiary hearing, in favor of the plaintiffs, Jacqueline Kagiliery and Karissa Kagiliery. We affirm.
