The result obtained — Although it may be debatable if plaintiffs' lost more than they gained if this Court's decision on the merits is left undisturbed on appeal, the plaintiffs remain the owners and legally possess the real estate of a value over Two Hundred Ninety Thousand ($290,000) Dollars. Although defendant was awarded a sizable monetary judgment on her claim of unjust enrichment, plaintiffs obtained most of what they sought.
