478 charsOn January 30, 1946, proceeding pursuant to section 6769, Revised Codes, the landlords served upon Needham a written notice that the terms of the hiring of the premises will be changed from and after the 15th day of February, 1946, and that commencing with the latter date the rent of said offices would be increased to $200 per month payable one month in advance. Needham continued to hold and occupy the offices after the expiration of the month and now occupies and holds *91
