        Residential Group, or its predecessor, acting as agents for apartment owners
        Creekside, Wildflower, Shiloh Glen, and 4000 Mullan Road apartments
        between June 11, 2011, to present, where the rental agreements contained
        illegal rental provisions in violation of the Montana Residential Landlord
        Tenant Act and/or the Montana Security Deposit Act.
