      Roussel argues that the court in fact “awarded $75,000 in punitive damages at the damages hearing,”
but the record does not support that assertion. At the hearing on damages, the court asked Roussel to
prepare a proposed default judgment that included the $75,000 in punitive damages she was requesting.
The court, however, did not sign the proposed judgment. In the judgment that the court ultimately issued,
it did not award punitive damages.
