703 charsThe evidence, which ■ was uncertain and very conflicting, apparently discloses that Landry Fortin and his wife, Alice Fortin, are tenants at will of defendant, Leah Wilensky, and in possession of premises located at 22 Alfred Street in the City of Biddeford. Since 1932 they have been in the grocery business there, and at first had a lease from the then owner Kendall. After the expiration of the Kendall lease in 1941 the building was sold to this defendant, and the plaintiffs became her tenants at will at a monthly rental of fifty dollars. From February 1, 1943 the Fortins paid to the defendant seventy-five dollars per -month, as rent for the store, and this rental continued until December 1945.
