357 chars(f) Noncompliance by the owner with any term or condition of the administrator's or commissioner's order granting the owner's application shall be brought to the attention of the DHCR's compliance unit for appropriate action. The DHCR shall retain jurisdiction for this purpose until all moving expenses, stipends, and relocation requirements have been met.
