Sec. 12¾-6. - Notice of hearing.

The notice of hearing given by the Commission shall:

(1)

Be in writing and signed by one (1) of the members of the commission or a designated
representative;

(2)

Be served on the landlord personally or by registered mail, return receipt requested,
at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled date of the hearing;

(3)

Be given to all tenants of the housing accommodation in question.
