The executive director shall ensure that the tenant and the landlord are fully informed
of all their rights and responsibilities, procedures, and other information relevant
to filing a complaint, both orally and in written form, at the time of the complaint,
at any informal hearing, and in the public hearing. These materials and oral instructions
shall be available in Spanish and English.
(e)
Pending a determination by the fair rent commission, the tenant shall pay the landlord
the last agreed upon rent for the housing accommodation in question.
