Par. 304. - Responsibility of owner to maintain common areas in multiple dwellings and to provide emergency maintenance information to each tenant and to the enforcing officer, upon request.
(a)
In addition to duties specified elsewhere in this title, every owner of a dwelling
containing two (2) or more dwelling units shall be responsible for maintaining in
a clean and sanitary condition the shared or common areas of the dwelling and premises
thereof; and
(b)
Every owner of a dwelling containing two (2) or more dwelling units shall have posted
on the premises in a conspicuous location, or shall provide each tenant in writing,
the name of a person to call in an emergency or the landlord's and/or managing agent's
home telephone number. Said posting or written notice to each tenant shall continually
be kept current.
