Any signs or other outside indications, other than on-site parking, that a property
is used or occupied as a short term rental.

(12)

Noise or unreasonably loud activities at a short term rental, whether inside or outside,
that violate the City's Public Nuisance Ordinance.

(13)

Failure to abide by any other specific requirement of this chapter.
