379 charsThis is an appeal from all order of distribution concerning funds paid into court during the pendency of a summary process action. Following the entry of judgment for possession, the court conducted a hearing pursuant to General Statutes 47a-26f1 to determine the parties' respective interests in an $1800 fund paid into court by the defendants during the pendency of the action.
