437 chars4.24 “Violation” means any condition in or on the premises of a rented dwelling, rooming unit, rooming house or rented mobile home lot which fails to meet any Page 6 of 15 requirement of this code. 4.25 “Watertight” means so constructed that the structure is substantially impermeable to water. 4.26 “Weathertight” means so constructed that the structure resists weather and excludes rain and snow and prevents the infiltration of air.
