To get an Execution in cases where a defendant
has violated a payment condition in a stipulated
judgment, you must file an Affidavit of
Non-Compliance (JD-HM-22) and state the
missed payment(s).
The defendant may object to this affidavit of
noncompliance. If this happens, a hearing may
be scheduled.
