agent or employee of the municipal clerk, shall not knowingly disclose or otherwise make
available personal information about any victim of domestic violence that the clerk or any
designee, agent or employee has obtained pursuant to the procedures described in section 3 of
P.L.1971, c.223 (C.46:8-21.1).
