387 charsDuring the fall of 2003, the plaintiffs gave notice to Saldana that they would not be renewing their lease. Soon thereafter, Murray conducted a walk through inspection of the apartment. Murray did not make any claims for damages to be debited against the plaintiffs’ security deposit during this walk through or at any time before the plaintiffs vacated the premises on December 5, 2003.
