570 charsBecause of the court’s finding that the plaintiff was denied promotion on account of the numerous student complaints made against him, the court reasonably could have concluded that there was no causal connection between the plaintiffs complaint with the commission and the defendant’s decision to withhold his promotion. We therefore reject the defendant’s claim that the court improperly determined there was no causal connection between his protected activity and an adverse employment action. 3 The judgment is affirmed. In this opinion the other judges concurred. 1
