704 charsAction to recover damages for, inter alia, violation
of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, and for
other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial
district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the court, Hon.
Edward T. Krumeich II, judge trial referee, denied the
defendants’ motion to dismiss, and the defendants
appealed to this court. Reversed; judgment directed.
